These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website DuskTideStyles.com, owned and operated by DECI DELA AGENCY PTY LTD, a company registered in Australia, with registered address: 247 Oxford Street, Leederville WA 6007, Australia.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website.

  1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only purchase goods with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You warrant that all information you provide during checkout is true, accurate and complete.
  2. PRODUCTS & PRICING All items sold on DuskTideStyles are women’s casual apparel including tops, blouses, midi skirts and maxi skirts. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. If a product price is incorrectly listed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
  3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email after your order is received; this confirmation does not mean your order has been shipped. A shipping confirmation email confirms dispatch.
  4. PAYMENT We accept payments processed by Stripe and other authorised payment processors. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount at checkout. All payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are subject to fraud review. We may cancel orders if we cannot verify payment details.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, product photos and content on DuskTideStyles.com are the intellectual property of DECI DELA AGENCY PTY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our products are sold “as described”. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. DECI DELA AGENCY PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law. Your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
  7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
