This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on DuskTideStyles.com, operated by DECI DELA AGENCY PTY LTD.

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders, no minimum spend required, to the following destinations:

All countries within Europe
United States of America
Hong Kong
Australia

Shipping is not available to countries or regions not listed above. We will not ship to PO boxes in some restricted regions.

PROCESSING TIME All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. During peak sale seasons, processing may extend up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (Free Standard Shipping)

Australia: 5 – 10 business days after dispatch
United States: 7 – 14 business days after dispatch
Hong Kong: 5 – 10 business days after dispatch
European countries: 7 – 16 business days after dispatch Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by carrier backlog, customs clearance, weather, or local postal service disruptions. We are not liable for carrier delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes or local VAT charged by the destination country upon arrival. We do not cover import fees for international shipments. We will mark parcels according to international shipping rules. If your parcel is held by customs, you must cooperate with local customs to complete clearance.
SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY You must double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete addresses provided by customers. If a parcel is returned to us due to wrong address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping cost.
TRACKING A tracking link will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates may be delayed for international shipments. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days after delivered status.
